Simonsen Bucket Hats are inspired by the classic 82/83 home and change shirts. The kits were of course made famous by former European Footballer of the Year and Barcelona here Allan Simonsen who signed for the Addicks for a whopping 300k in 1982, having been displaced at the Non Camp by a certain Diego Maradona. Unfortunately the move neither worked out for club or player but the kits live on as a Charlton great, and it is one hell of a story!
The hats are available in three sizes, with the 82/83 home version on one side and the 82/83 change kit inspired version on the other. It is not two hats, someone always asks for one side only!
