30+ years ago in 1992 Liam O’Brien stepped up at Roker Park to take a free kick. With the game poised at 1-1, and Kevin Keegan’s 100% win record for the season under threat, the Irish midfielder stepped up to stroke the ball over the wall, as the song goes. The rest is history!

We’ve reimagined our O’Brien Bucket Hat to coincide with the anniversary and bring it to you here!

The hat is reversible with the black and white home shirt on one side, and our homage to the the famous shirt of that day on the other.

Saunders Bobble Hats are inspired by the classic red kit of Liverpool in the FA Cup winning season of 91/92. We cold have blamed the hat after FA Cup final goalscorer Michael Thomas, or captain Mark Wright, but we went with the season’s top goalscorer in league & cup, Dean Saunders.

Rush Bobble Hat

In 1992 Liverpool won the FA Cup at Wembley defeating Sunderland 2-0. It might not have been a vintage reds season but the kits were, and are still, hugely popular! We’ve named the hat inspired by the iconic green kit after legendary striker Ian Rush!

Allen Bobble Hat

We’ve remade one of our first hats, with a few tweaks. We’re celebrating the 86/87 Spurs kit and side, one of the greatest Tottenham teams of the modern era. The spearhead of the side was Clive Allen, scorer of 49 league goals in all competitions, so we named this new hat after him!

Champions 92 Bucket Hat

Champions 92 Bucket Hats are our tribute to a classic LUFC of 91/92 and the famous title winning side of that season.

On one side the famed yellow change kit, worn as the title was confirmed at Bramall Lane.

On the reverse we celebrate the classic colours of Leeds with the name of the side around the centre of the hat. Some ay notice the font of “LEEDS” is taken from the sign of the old East Stand at Ellend Road.

It was the beginning of cricket whites becoming pyjamas/kits and the England sky blue kit was a popular item on football terraces at that time. We’ve brought it back in hat form.

The England 92 Bucket Hat (Lineker) is a tribute to the home and change kits England wore on their ill-fated Euro 92 campaign in Sweden. While the football was forgettable the shirts were exceptional. Gary Lineker sealed England’s qualification with an equalising goal in Poland, to the first time the crisp marketer saved England’s skin.

The hat is reversible as you can see from the pictures, one side being a “Home” hat, the other side the “Change” shirt.

England 92 Bucket Hat (Shearer)

The England 92 Bucket Hat (Shearer) is a tribute to the home and third kits England wore on their ill-fated Euro 92 campaign in Sweden. While the football was forgettable the shirts were exceptional. Alan Shearer graced the third kit, and for this reason we named it after the Geordie legend, who was emerging into a World Class striker in 1992.

The hat is reversible as you can see from the pictures, one side being a “Home” hat, the other side the “Third” shirt.
